About the Company A fantastic opportunity has opened with our client, a large multinational FMCG company, for an experienced HR Manager.
This role is critical in supporting the business's HR strategy, providing leadership and guidance across all human resource functions, including talent management, employment relations, employee engagement, and compliance.
About the Role As the HR Manager, you will partner with key stakeholders to ensure alignment between HR strategies and business objectives.
You will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations.
Your expertise will be vital in driving HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention, and compliance with legislative requirements.
Key Responsibilities: Provide HR leadership to align business objectives with the People strategy Support Business Department leaders with HR impact analysis and cost management Lead the recruitment process and develop targeted learning and development programs Drive employee engagement through reward and recognition programs Oversee core HR programs such as KPI setting, performance management, and succession planning Ensure compliance with federal and state legislation, including award interpretation and payroll Manage HR systems and maintain accurate employee records About You: Experienced HR Manager with a focus on recruitment, employee relations and compliance.
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management or a related field Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels Proven ability to translate strategic HR objectives into operational plans Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and problem-solving ability Approachable, flexible, and able to work autonomously as well as part of a team Familiarity with Awards and industrial relations is highly desirable The Benefits: Competitive salary package of $180,000 + benefits Opportunity to work within a dynamic and fast-paced FMCG environment Ongoing professional development and career advancement opportunities Southwest location #J-18808-Ljbffr
