This role is critical in supporting the business's HR strategy, providing leadership and guidance across all human resource functions, including talent management, employment relations, employee engagement, and compliance.
About the Role As the HR Manager, you will partner with key stakeholders to ensure alignment between HR strategies and business objectives.
You will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations.
Your expertise will be vital in driving HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention, and compliance with legislative requirements.
Key Responsibilities: Provide HR leadership to align business objectives with the People strategy Support Business Department leaders with HR impact analysis and cost management Lead the recruitment process and develop targeted learning and development programs Drive employee engagement through reward and recognition programs Oversee core HR programs such as KPI setting, performance management, and succession planning Ensure compliance with federal and state legislation, including award interpretation and payroll Manage HR systems and maintain accurate employee records About You: Experienced HR Manager with a focus on recruitment, employee relations and compliance.
