You will collaborate closely with managers to foster leadership development, enhance workforce capabilities, and ensure effective people management practices.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver generalist HR advice to the organisation to help achieve a high performing culture.Partner with designated Units to help execute people management strategies.Assist with interpretation and application of relevant Awards and legislation.Provide sound and timely advice on ER matters, including end-to-end performance management.Integrate into business operations by building effective relationships with people leaders to assist them identify, analyse, and explore opportunities that support business Unit outcomes.Support Units create and implement best practice recruitment and onboarding strategies.Provide advice on policy development, reviews, implementation, and compliance in partnership with Catholic Safety and Injury Management.See attached position description for full details.About YouYou are a proactive and detail-oriented HR professional with a strong ability to build meaningful relationships with leaders and staff. You have an ability to offer tailored and timely advice and support, that fosters a positive workplace culture, in line with Centacare values.
