The purpose of the HR Business Partner position is to support the Senior HR Business Partner in aligning business objectives with human resource services. The position will assist in formulating partnerships between HR and management to deliver value-added HR services to the organisation.
**To be successful you will need**:
- Demonstrated ability assisting with the management and resolution of complex employee relations issues whilst supporting effective, thorough, and objective investigations
- Proven experience partnering with various stakeholders across the business to promote HR business partnering and best practice
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to identify and drive the continual improvement of HR processes
- The ability to work under pressure within a high-functioning team in an environment of competing priorities and demonstrated ability in managing multiple tasks within strict deadlines
- Proven experience providing accurate, timely, and professional advice based on current Directives, legislation, HR policies and procedures
- Demonstrated experience in Graduated Return to Work case management and coaching leaders on performance management best practice will be highly regarded.
