You'll assist in coordinating operational shutdowns, draft and interpret Enterprise Agreements, provide valuable counsel to branch leaders, and facilitate various HR functions, including disciplinary procedures and workplace investigations. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving compliance, fostering a positive work culture, and ensuring seamless HR operations.You will be responsible for but not be limited to:Collaborate with Branch Management on workforce planning and staffing needs.Draft, negotiate, analyze, and interpret Enterprise Agreements.Provide timely advice and support on HR matters to branch leaders.Facilitate disciplinary procedures and performance management following company policies.Conduct workplace investigations into employee grievances.Coach and advise branch leaders on HR policies and procedures.Deliver accurate and informative reports to internal and external stakeholders.We are after people with the following attributes:Experience in a related HR position, preferably in a similar industry.Qualification in Human Resources or a related disciplineProficiency in EBA/Award Interpretation.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and adapt to changing demandsFlexible, agile and resilient to achieve multiple tasks.Service-oriented mindset with a commitment to excellence.How to Apply:
