to elevate and develop the performance of a diverse team locally on the ground and broadly interstate. Who We're Looking For With a commitment to personal growth and strong career pathways for all employees, the HRBP must be people-centric and business-minded. So, what exactly is the role? The HRBP will be an astute and professional HR practitioner with an approach that balances the needs of the business. They will take an empathetic approach where needed but also have the ability to push for business-critical outcomes when required. As an operational HR generalist, the HRBP will primarily focus on coaching and guiding managers to generate team performance and success. They will become SME's of the well-established HR policies, procedures, and guidelines, enabling compliance across multiple service lines. While their focus will not be across recruitment, they will need to understand the recruitment flow and manage expectations to maximize retention within the team. In addition to BAU operational HR advice, there will be an opportunity to work on national HR projects satisfying your strategic HR bent and solving business problems with practical solutions.
