Reporting to the People Experience Lead, Australia, New Zealand and Japan (ANZJ), with a dotted line to the site-based People Lead, we have an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Advisor to join our team in supporting our Dandenong South manufacturing plant, Central Supply Chain, Logistics and Research & Development teams. The role is based at Dandenong South and will also require frequent travel to our Ringwood manufacturing plant and our South Melbourne head office.
This critical role requires a true partner for the site. With a focus on employee experience and a passion for providing outstanding HR advice and delivery, you will apply a continuous improvement perspective to the end-to-end operational HR services. The Human Resources Advisor is the key point of contact for operational HR advice and where self-service or shared services support is not available. You also play a key role within the ANZJ business unit HR squad and the broader manufacturing and supply chain HR community.
How you will contributeYou will:
Lead the implementation of local projects and initiatives relating to essential human resources service deliveryProvide support and advice across a range of employee relations topics, including managing investigations and leveraging the broader People Service team to resolve employee queriesSupport the delivery of enterprise bargaining for the plantIdentify opportunities and deliver programs aimed at improving employee and leadership capabilityCoach leaders and employees in self-serve adoption (Workday) effectively, supporting employee engagement initiatives via a range of plans and actions and delivering local training programs (e.g. manager development)Support recruitment and onboarding activities for our core manufacturing workforceWhat you will bringA desire to drive your future and accelerate your career. You will bring experience and knowledge in:
A relevant degree in HR or business, or a combination of equivalent skills and experience is highly regardedHR Generalist experience in a fast-paced environment. Applicants with previous FMCG experience will be highly regardedExperience with employee relations and EBAs highly advantageousPrevious experience with Workday HRIS is advantageousA team player attitude with the ability and desire to influence and drive change across a diverse workforceThe ability to work full-time in a plant-based role with a majority of work time on siteBusiness Unit SummaryAt Mondelez International, our mission is to provide consumers with the right snack, for the right moment, made in the right way.
