Provide day to day HR advice, support managers and employees in employee relations and performance management, conflict resolution and off boarding.Support management and employees in the interpretation and adherence to awards and industrial agreements.Support implementation of endorsed organisational projects.Coordinate and support engagement in the frontline and internal staff surveys.Actively contribute to continuous improvement plans and projects and change management.Provide general support to the People and Culture Manager and much more!About you CareChoice are looking for candidates who have the following:
Well developed verbal and written communication skills.Excellent attention to detail.A positive role model with a 'can do' attitude.Proven ability to manage time effectively, meet deadlines and prioritise tasks.Demonstrated discretion handling confidential information.A tertiary qualification.Proficiency in windows platforms and skills and experience using a range of software including Microsoft Office.Ideally, you will also have:
