We are seeking a proactive and adaptable Human Resources Advisor to join our team and provide expert HR support across a wide range of HR issues.
In this role, you will manage HR cases, including grievances, formal disciplinary processes, and workplace injuries, while offering guidance and advisory support to managers.
You will also help shape and refine HR processes as part of a broader transformation towards a streamlined People Services model.This position is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to deepen their HR expertise, with potential career progression into a Business Partner role or other HR projects as the team continues to evolve.
Key Responsibilities: Manage a variety of HR cases, including grievances, formal disciplinary actions, and minor workplace injuries.Serve as the primary point of contact for employees seeking HR support, providing guidance on issues ranging from payroll inquiries to workplace disputes.Collaborate with HR team members to drive continuous improvements in HR processes and service delivery.Contribute to building a more structured and effective HR advisory model.Prepare documentation and maintain accurate records related to employee relations and case management.What We're Looking For: Solid experience in an HR advisory role, with a focus on case management, ideally in fast-paced environments like retail or healthcare.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to provide clear, empathetic guidance to both employees and managers.A proactive, solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage HR cases with minimal supervision.Initially 4 days onsite with the potential to move to 3 days per week after the probation period.
