From ensuring employees are paid on time to giving new hires the royal welcome, you'll be at the centre of everything that makes our workplace thrive.
What you'll be doing Being the friendly face that employees turn to when they have questions about HR processes, HR systems or just need a bit of guidanceRolling out the red carpet for new hires – from preparing offers of employment to overseeing the onboarding and induction process, you'll make sure their experience is nothing short of amazing!Leading the charge on our fortnightly payroll – ensuring everything's accurate, on time with no questions asked come pay dayGetting involved in reviewing and updating our HR policies and procedures, keeping them fresh and relevantKeeping HR information organised, up to date and accessible on our SharePoint site, so everyone's in the knowWhat's in it for you Location: SydneySalary of $83,408 per annum + 15.4% superannuationHybrid work arrangement (two days' work from home and three days in our office)Paid leave between Christmas and New YearCultural leave entitlementsWellbeing programs and corporate discountsHolistic employee assistance program for employees, their families, and kinApplication information This opportunity is open for application until 16 September at 10am.
