This Opportunity
Reporting to the Total Rewards and HR Operations Manager, the HR Generalist will join a small team of HR professionals and play a key role supporting a wide range of HR projects and streams of work. As part of our forward-looking HR team, the HR Generalist will partner closely with the team, as well as business stakeholders, and contribute tothe execution of our HR strategy across a range of areas including talent acquisition and development, total rewards, , HR business partnering and HR operations.
What you will do
Partner with the broader team across a variety of BAU and project activities across areas including, but not limited to, talent acquisition & development, total rewards, employee relations, business partnering and strategic HR projects.
First point of contact for employees and managers for HR guidance on a range of areas including policy interpretation.
Participate in helping to design, develop, test and deliver new HR programs and services.
Serve as an ambassador to candidates and employees by delivering an exceptional experience in their pre-hire, onboarding, and through their tenure with Vanguard.
Explore opportunities to streamline or improve HR processes and procedures
Deliver an excellent experience across the entire employee lifecycle through a shared services environment.
What we are looking for
Demonstrated experienceas a HR Generalist, with experience across a broad range of HR activities and HR projects
A strong track record of high integrity and collaboration with multiple stakeholders
A multitasker, well organized, execution focused and able to thrive when no two days are the same
A strong client focused and true service-oriented mindset
Specialisations that would make an impact:
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
Strong tech skills in Office. Experience using Tableau would be well regarded
Experience in or desire to understand the investment management industry would be highly regarded.
