About the roleWe're on the hunt for an HR superstar to reinforce our culture and support our amazing people.

We have 50+ staff, have offices in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Perth, and we're showing no signs of slowing down – it's time for us to increase our HR capacity supporting the People and Culture Manager.
Responsibilities include:Assisting with the recruitment process by placing job adverts on multiple platforms, shortlisting / screening candidates and pre-employment checksAssist in all points of employee life cycle - including orientation, induction, reviews (performance and disciplinary) as well as exit interviews (ON-Boarding / induction)Update employee records across multiple HR systems Creating, updating and maintaining employee filesAssist with OHS requirements of the businessResponding to inbound queries related to leave, pay, OHS and other HR matters where possible/ appropriateSupport Management in managing performance and interpersonal issuesDrafting offer letters and contracts of employment, and other HR related documentsAssist that all staff files contain all the relevant employment documentation including qualifications, evidence of professional developmentGeneral HR administration and reporting including HR event management / initiativeAssist to develop staff awareness of, and fully utilise staff HRISAssisting in report writingAssist in the development of training / presentations where requiredAttending relevant meetingsAny ad hoc duties as requiredCo-ordinate and manage volunteer days and other P&C initiativesAssist with the Social Club InitiativesTraining resourcing, evaluation off training effectivenessAbout youYou're someone who will live and breathe the values that we all share, is excited to be part of our journey and committed to making a difference.
