This organisation invests in their people, they are very supportive and provide a family-like team environment.They have an exciting opportunity for you to become their HSE system specialist, based at their Luscombe branch.Your Role Reporting to the National HSEQ Manager, you will bring expertise in health and safety administration and processes to support the team as they grow.Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Liaise with multiple stakeholders as the expert on their HSE system, Donesafe. Provide excellent customer service coaching and training on internal systems. Maintain registers, compliance, and certificates pertaining to Major Projects. Coordinate and schedule training for employees with external parties. Ensure all procedures relating to the internal HSE system are accurate and up to date on SharePoint. Provide recommendations for methods to effectively share updates with internal staff. Quality assurance adhering to both internal and external requirements.
This is a critical role within the business and provides you with a variety of tasks to keep you challenged.About You You will bring strong HSE Administration and Project Support experience within a construction environment as well as strong communication skills with stakeholders at all levels. You will demonstrate previous experience with HSE compliance management systems and document control processes.You will be organised, proactive, and enjoy developing strong working relationships within a close-knit team. You will thrive in a diverse role and have strong customer service skills.Knowledge of Donesafe and SharePoint along with engineering/construction industry experience will be highly regarded. Previous studies in business or health and safety would be highly desirable.What's In It For You?
