Are you a seasoned HSEQ Advisor with a passion for cultivating a robust safety culture? Iron Mine Contracting (IMC) invites you to be a pivotal part of our team, driving safety excellence on our Operational sites across the WA Pilbara and Goldfields regions.

As our HSEQ Advisor, you'll play a crucial role in championing safety practices, providing on-site support, expert advice, and practical solutions. This is a permanent full-time role 8/6 roster ex Perth.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, Acts, and Regulations
- Maintain HSE programs in alignment with company policies
- Manage applicable registers and identify legislative changes
- Meet HSE obligations outlined in legislation and regulations
- Submit reports to regulatory authorities
- Conduct hazard and risk assessments, communicating outcomes

About You:

- Civil/Mining industry experience in a similar role
- Relevant qualifications in OH&S (Cert IV), Diploma level, or higher
- Knowledge of OH&S legislation & HSEQ management practices
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Interpersonal skills from ground staff to CEO
- Excellent computer skills, MS Office proficiency
- ICAM or Taproot methodology
- Current driver's license
- Ability to complete a full pre-employment medical and drug screen
- Provide a current police clearance
