Endless growth opportunities within a Global firm The primary purpose of this role is to provide coaching, instruction, advice, and key QHSE support services to the PJM operations across the Western Australia.
The role is particularly responsible for driving/managing the QHSE policy and QHSE management plans implementation, ensuring compliance to QHSE systems, regulatory, client and business requirements.
Here's a snapshot of your day; Provide HSE information and advice to the Western Australia PJM operational teams and frontline leaders as required.
Coach and influence workers in a consultative/ personalised approach, rather than from a compliance perspective.
Attend Business Unit QHSE Weekly meetings to ensure communication and consultation through the APAC GWS Local business with relation to QHSE matters.
Actively facilitate and/or participate in the rollout of QHSE programs and management tools.
Support operational PJM managers and leaders to implement and maintain health surveillance activities as required.
Assist operational teams and frontline leaders with preparations for Project, Toolbox, Client and other meetings where QHSE information (i.e.
Alerts) may be required.
Work strategically with operations to create, oversee and measure innovative initiatives for site to promote a high performance culture.
Facilitate and participate in the development, review, approval and implementation of QHSE Management Plans.
Communicate changes to system and client procedures, tools, templates, etc.
within Western Australia operations.
Provide input and reviews into updated HSE policies, procedures, instructions, etc.
to ensure they are adequate and effective within Western Australia operations as required.
Maintain compliance to all relevant QHSE system elements policies, procedures, instructions, SWMS risk registers, etc.
Skills and experience you'll need to thrive in this role: Experience in 'hard services', facilities management or sectors related to defined role.
Experience with QHSE risk management strategy and implementation Ability to positively articulate QHSE through presentations and analysis Experience with development and delivery of QHSE training In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
