The company now have opening for an experienced HSE Manager to join their highly experienced Perth WA construction team.

Requirements:
Min 5 years' experience within Commercial Construction HSE Space
Cert IV or Diploma Work Health Safety
Possess a valid WA Manual Drivers Licence
Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
Sound computer literacy with word processing, spreadsheets, and HSEQ software systems
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Experience in managing Audits
Sound ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities and complex problem solving
Experience creating and implementing HSE processes
Fully current on Health & Safety regulations and Work Health and Safety legislation.
Exposure to investigating incidents utilising the ICAM methodology/ 5 Whys etc.
Proven ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders of the business
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and mentor existing HSE Co-ordinators in the business
Support company operations in all aspects of HSEQ as required
Manage the incident investigation and emergency response program, acting as the lead investigator for all incidents, coordinating and developing effective actions to prevent re-occurrence
Positively influence, and advise Leaders and workforce on Health and Safety requirements under Workplace Health & Safety Legislation
Undertake construction project audits to ensure contractors and workers are complying with all requirements of the specific Project HSEQ Management Plan and Federal Safety Commission requirements
Designing, developing and delivering training programs to support the company's Safe system of work
Developing and maintaining HSEQ documentation to ensure continuous improvement in HSEQ and training as applicable
Collating HSEQ data, developing risk mitigation strategies, delivering presentations and reports to executive management and other stakeholders
Advise on relevant WHS legislation and review changes to legislative requirements for all states and territories of Australia and New Zealand is desirable
