Competitive remunerationPermanent Full-Time position2 weeks on and 1 week FIFO Roster from Perth to Tom PriceOpportunity to join a strong & collaborative environment and be working for a stable business that invests heavily in staff development.Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Ensuring compliance with current legislations and standards.Provide assistance with HSEQ audit and inspection functions.Create new and maintain vehicle site access requirements including creation of risk assessments and sign off for new plant, equipment and vehicles.Monitor incident reporting, investigations and corrective action management.Provide support for the HSEQ process, including incident investigation and reporting functions.Promote a culture of safety awareness, injury and incident prevention across the business.Assist with weekly and monthly reporting requirements.Manage all compliance registers and inspections.Mentor and support managers to foster a positive, resilient safety culture.Ensure HSE compliance across sites and manage all relevant systems.Support incident investigations and audits, enhancing safety protocols.Update essential HSE documentation, including procedures, policies, voc's and risk registers.Manage HSE software database (Skytrust) and reporting.Conduct drug & alcohol testing when needed.Ensure all safety procedures, policies, and supporting documentation are up to date and aligned with regulatory requirements.What type of Person will be successful? A minimum of 3 years in a similar role within a mining environment.Minimum of Cert IV in WHS.Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, strong knowledge of safety systems, risk mitigation, injury management and workplace compliance.The ability to work autonomously.A high level of computer literacy.The ability to work in high pressure environments.Demonstrated commitment to health and safety best practices.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Who we are?
