We are working with one of Australia's leading manufacturers of animal nutrition solutions. We are looking for a HSE Business Partner - Environmental who can drive safety practices and take the lead on environmental management and reporting. The Role

Work with Safety Business Partners to drive safety culture and improve environmental performance
Build relationships with key stakeholders both internal and external
Responsible for coaching stakeholders on best practice safety and environmental
Safety and environmental training, risk analysis, risk mitigation, incident investigation and audit
Environmental reporting and communication

What we are looking for

Previous experience in a mixed safety and environmental role - ideally with environmental qualifications
Ability to coach and influence stakeholders to deliver change
Good knowledge of OHS/WHS/Environmental legislation
Good systems experience and general computer skills
An experienced trainer who can deliver training at all levels
