About the Role: Due to rapid growth and new project awards, we are looking for talented and experienced HSE professionals to join our team.
The HSE Advisor will work closely with project teams to plan, coordinate, and implement HSEQ policies and procedures, ensuring projects are delivered safely and efficiently.
What are we looking for? Practical operational experience in Health & Safety on a major construction, heavy engineering and/or manufacturing project.Experience performing safety related tasks and safety management.Qualification in Work Health and Safety.Advanced knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety Legislation, Regulations, Standards, and Codes of Practice.Thorough knowledge of construction site safety systems.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to coach, negotiate and influence.Ability to coach other professionals regarding safety matters.Understanding of adult learning principles.Strong verbal and written communication skills, including report writing.Ability to prioritise and effectively manage multiple deadlines.What's next?
