Seeking experienced RTIO inducted HSE Advisor to join our clients' team on an Aerodrome project in the Pilbara.
The successful candidate MUST HAVE experience with Civil and Earthworks in Australia. Location: Pilbara, Western AustraliaEmployment Type: FIFO on a 2:1 rosterDuration: Minimum 4 months with the option to extendCommencement Date: ASAPPay rate: $90-100 PH + Super - will consist of day and night shift
Key Responsibilities: Provide expert advice and support on Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) matters.Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and company policies.Conduct risk assessments and implement controls to mitigate hazards.Promote a positive safety culture and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Monitor and report on HSEQ performance, identifying areas for improvement.Conduct audits and inspections to assess compliance and identify opportunities for enhancement.Provide training and guidance to employees and contractors on HSEQ procedures and practices.Investigate incidents and near misses, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.Requirements: Proven experience in a similar role, within the mining or resources sector.Civil and earthworks experience highly desirable.Relevant qualification in Health, Safety, and Environment (Cert III in Work Health and Safety or equivalent).Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and industry standards.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.Ability to pass a pre-employment medical check and a laboratory drug and alcohol screen.Benefits: $90 - $100PH + superOpportunity to work on a significant projectSupportive team environmentFIFO arrangement with attractive rosterIf you are interested, please hit APPLY now, and we will make contact, should your resume be suitable for the role.
