We are seeking an experienced and dedicated HR Business Partner to manage all aspects of human resources within our global partner's organization.
This role is responsible for overseeing the complete life-cycle of employees, from joining to exit, and managing entire HR functions such as Recruitment, Performance Management, Training and Development, and Employee Engagement.
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree Knowledge and experience in full cycle recruiting & sourcing, performance management, training functions Strong experience in hiring top talent into high-performing teams Proven hands-on experience as an HR Specialist/Generalist Expert in specialist/executive role fill strategies, utilizing Linked In Recruiter and other sourcing tools across a range of stacks Self-directed, detail-oriented, problem solver with a burning desire to contribute Ability to prioritize, adapt and thrive in a fast-paced and high-growth environment Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal Good experience working on Microsoft Office Suite; HR system knowledge will be an asset Responsibilities: Engage and work in partnership with senior leaders to manage full life-cycle recruitment and ensure the best candidate experience Understand business objectives and identify corresponding human resource needs; implement strategies to support various business objectives and improve programs to support employee retention Provide counseling/training for unit management in the areas of labor/employee relations Ensure plans to develop capability are appropriate to achieve the business strategy by building career paths and development solutions Be responsible for delivering orientation and other training programs as needed Drive a performance management culture, taking action to develop high-performing teams Provide coaching, training, and support to managers to continuously build their leadership capabilities Work with managers to measure and improve employee engagement via surveys and leadership indexes Participate in various HR related projects as a global organisation's HR member #J-18808-Ljbffr
