Job Summary As HR Business Partner, this role will work closely with Australasia HR Leader and AP regional HR CoE team to execute and implement all global and regional HR programs, policies and processes in Australia and New Zealand. This role will also work with local business and functional teams to support business growth and enhance organization capability via HR partnership, advisory and customized solutions.
Responsibilities Implement global and regional HR programs and policies with an on-time and high-quality manner in Australasia client groups, including but not limited to Performance Management Process, annual compensation review, talent review, employee training, DE&I etc. Provide high-quality local employee services in line with regional policy and guidance including payroll implementation, onboarding & offboarding, employee's data and file management, with continuous improvement mindset. Work with AP Talent Acquisition team to support local hiring, including candidate sourcing & interview, pre-onboarding process and external agency communication etc. Participate in annual talent review and calibration session to create solid development & retention plan for top talents and build succession plan for leadership and critical roles. Work with business and functional team leaders to foster a positive and inclusive working environment, enhance employees' engagement via solid action plan per annual engagement survey result. Plan and customize employee capability development solutions and programs for client groups to enhance team effectiveness, collaboration and performance. Proactively involve in employer branding activities in Australasia countries via internal resources, local social media platforms and partnership with external association or agency. Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR related issues, including employee attrition, conflict resolution and employee relations. Ensure compliance with all local applicable labor laws and regulations as well as company policies and procedures. Involve in regional business or HR programs per assignment. Minimum Requirements 10 years + of experience working in the field of Human Resources. Solid experience with compensation, payroll, talent acquisition, performance management. Strong team collaboration spirit and mindset. Accountable with strong ownership mindset. Solid knowledge and experience in Australasia employment laws. #J-18808-Ljbffr
