The HR Transactional Services Administrator is a 6-Month Fixed-Term position that will provide administrative and project support to the Centacare Services HR Transactional Services team and core stakeholders.
Responsible for supporting the day-to-day processing of end-to-end recruitment an onboarding services, employee compliance, employee variations, Inbox management and providing a high level of administrative support.
This role will contribute to a positive workplace culture, brand awareness, and a commercial focus in an adaptive and changing environment.
Key Duties: Provide high level of end-to-end recruitment administrative support Provide day to day general HR Transactional Administrative support to all Centacare business functions and work streams Manage and maintain all employee compliance, including Key Personnel in accordance to funding requirements and organisational policy Provide high levels of customer service and relationship management & partnership where necessary Manage and maintain HR systems on a day-to-day basis Skills and Experience: Previous experience in recruitment and HR administration.
Maintenance and management experience in HR systems is highly desirable (AURION, HR Onboard JobAdder, Candely, Referoo, Microsoft Suite, NDIS portal, Blue Card portal, VEVO portal, Intercheck) Strong organisational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Knowledge of compliance processes and legislative requirements.
Ability to obtain a NDIS Workers Screening Card and Working with Children Check.
Ability to obtain and pass a Police Check.
