The Opportunity Our client is seeking an experienced ICT Product & System Owner to lead the strategy, operation, and change management of the SuccessFactors Human Experience Management (HXM) system.
The Role As a SuccessFactors Coordinator you will be responsible for defining and driving the product strategy and roadmap, collaborating with SAP, other vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Your responsibilities will include: Anticipating and addressing future stakeholder needs to minimise last-minute changes.
Managing the product backlog, prioritizing requests and clearly defining requirements.
Overseeing effective change management, ensuring smooth transitions and stakeholder preparedness.
Acting as the primary product expert, guiding internal stakeholders and support teams.
Fostering successful vendor relationships to enhance collaboration and product development.
About you In order to be a successful applicant you will have expert knowledge of SuccessFactors with a focus on Recruiting, Onboarding and Employee Central.
You will also have: Strong ability to manage competing priorities and demonstrate resilience in a dynamic environment.
Proven track record in change management for end users.
Excellent communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Commitment to continuous learning and driving a learning culture within teams.
