Job Overview We are looking for a Junior HR Recruiter to join our team at Altuspro Staffing & Educom Pvt Ltd. The role requires 1 to 3 years of work experience and will be based in Mulund. This is a full-time position with options for remote or hybrid work arrangements. The right candidate will have experience in recruitment, interviewing, and sourcing.
Qualifications and Skills Proven experience in recruitment (Mandatory skill) Proficient in conducting and managing interviews (Mandatory skill) Skilled in sourcing candidates through various channels (Mandatory skill) Experience in candidate screening processes Ability to perform effective talent acquisition Strong networking skills to identify and attract potential candidates Understanding of human resources principles Excellent communication skills for candidate interactions Roles and Responsibilities Identify staffing requirements and collaborate with department managers Source candidates using various methods such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate suitability Coordinate and schedule interviews with department heads Maintain candidate databases and track hiring metrics Provide updates and feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining professionalism and clarity #J-18808-Ljbffr
