This is a permanent full-time role based in SYDNEY.

As an HR Operations Specialist based in Australia, you'll play a pivotal role in providing exceptional HR support for Australia and New Zealand while collaborating with teams across the US, Asia, and EMEA. This position offers a unique opportunity to elevate your HR career, manage key global projects, and be the go-to expert for HR inquiries within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do:

Be the Go-To HR Contact: Serve as the first point of contact for HR inquiries, providing timely and effective solutions across a wide range of HR topics.
Collaborate Globally: Work with HR teams across the US, Asia, and EMEA, contributing to global projects and HR initiatives that span multiple regions and time zones.
Lead Escalation Support: Act as an escalation point for HR Coordinators, offering guidance and resolving complex HR challenges with expertise and confidence.
Shape the Employee Experience: Manage employee lifecycle processes, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a seamless, positive experience every step of the way.
Drive HR Operational Excellence: Leverage tools like ServiceNow to track and resolve employee issues, identify trends, and implement data-driven process improvements to enhance HR services.

What We're Looking For:

A proactive and solutions-driven HR professional who thrives in a global, fast-paced environment.
3-5 years of experience in HR operations, employee relations, or a similar field - payroll experience is a plus.
A strong understanding of Australian employment law and experience with Enterprise Agreements.
Excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for continuous improvement.
A collaborative team player with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver results.
