Consulting & Generalist HR (Human Resources & Recruitment)Full timeu&u Recruitment Partners are proud to be partnering with a market leading manufacturing organisation, to recruit an experienced HR Manager.The OpportunityReporting to the National HR Manager, you will be responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of all overarching site-based HR strategies in alignment with the overall business strategy.Additionally, you will be responsible for :HR Reporting : Prepare monthly HR Key Measurement Reports, monitor leave balances, and manage Social Accountability programs;Recruitment & Remuneration : Manage recruitment, assist with position descriptions, negotiate with external agencies, and support salary packaging and remuneration reviews;Industrial Relations : Advise on EBAs and awards, handle employee relations issues, lead disciplinary processes, and liaise with unions as needed;Social Accountability : Ensure compliance with customer Social Accountability requirements and resolve any outstanding issues;Training & Development : Oversee employee training, maintain training records, coordinate external development programs, and deliver internal HR and WH&S training;General HR Leadership : Foster a visible HR presence, lead HR projects, support performance management, and maintain up-to-date position descriptions.About YouTo add value in this role, you will have significant experience working as an influential HR Manager or Senior P&C Business Partner, with exceptional stakeholder engagement skills.You will demonstrate experience in developing and implementing new fit-for-purpose strategies and initiatives.
