The local teams of experienced professionals share a passion for customer satisfaction and excellence in everything they do.About the RoleReporting to the Vice President (APAC), you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR operational services to support staff, as well as working closely with the senior leadership team and international HR teams to support the strategic growth of the business.In due course, it is envisioned that the role will report jointly to the VP APAC as well as have a reporting line to the Global Head of HR.Key Responsibilities Include:Manage, monitor, and review the performance management system.Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.Manage WHS issues and workers' compensation claims.Maintain company policies and procedures and human resources records.Provide day-to-day performance management guidance including coaching, counselling, and career development.Facilitate the employee life cycle, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding.Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and processes.Ensure HR and payroll systems are compliant with company policies, government regulations, and audit requirements.Oversee the payroll function and resolve queries.Manage the remuneration and salary reviews.Provide expert HR advice and support across all facets of HR management.About YouThe ideal candidate will have a strong operational HR foundation, preferably from a standalone role, and be able to contribute expertise to a broad range of HR initiatives including recruitment policy, employee relations, and supervising payroll.A proactive individual who can support the longer-term development of the organisation in this region would be highly desirable.5+ years experience in HR Management, ideally within industrial or manufacturing industries.Demonstrated experience with employee relations and industrial relations issues.Has empathy, integrity, intelligence, and is self-driven.Enjoys working independently in a busy, multi-skilled work environment.Engagement in managing safety, health, and well-being.Ability to provide accurate, timely, and pragmatic advice to colleagues, managers, and staff.Capable of partnering with senior leaders to drive organisational strategies.Exceptional collaboration and interpersonal abilities.Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work under pressure.At HR Partners by Randstad, we are passionate about providing equal employment opportunities and embracing diversity to the benefit of all.
