About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and motivated HR Manager to join our team based at Naracoorte. As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of a wide range of HR solutions and services to support a team of over 400 + employees. You will work as part of a team supporting managers and employees with operational HR issues and effectively and efficiently embed HR processes and tools that deliver business outcomes, improve performance, build capability and support a safe, positive workplace culture. You will support the Senior Leadership team to deliver an excellent support service through the employee lifecycle, including but not limited to, reporting and analysis of HR performance metrics, employee engagement and change management processes, recruitment, on-boarding and exit management activities, and other HR related projects.
About You: To be a successful in this role you will have:
Demonstrated experience as HR Professional or similar role within a manufacturing environment, with exposure to the Food Processing Industry (highly regarded).
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related discipline, or a strong commitment to obtaining relevant HR qualifications.
Knowledge of contemporary HR practices and ability to use HR knowledge in developing practical solutions to problems
Successful candidates will present with a proactive, self-driven and adaptable approach and thrive in a busy, fast paced working environment. You will have experience working across a HRIS and have strong Microsoft Office skills. Why Us?
