Haynes is currently seeking a Truck Driver for a valued client based in Townsville for an as soon as possible start!
About the Job: Operate a Mix of Equipment: Kenworth, Isuzu, CAT - Semi Crane trucks, B-Doubles, Road Trains, Front End Loader, Forklifts, Extendable trailers. Diverse Projects: Construction Projects, Energy Projects, Government Projects. Customers: Long Term Contracts with ARC, Energy Queensland, BlueScope Lysaght & BlueScope Distribution. Travel to Exciting Locations: Work locally or head out to spots like Weipa, MT ISA, Cape Tribulation, Tully, Cairns, Maggie Island, and beyond! Requirements HR, HC or MC truck driving licence CV Crane Ticket (preferred, but not essential) Riggers or Dogman – Advantageous Forklift Driving license White Card Ability to pass Drug & Alcohol Test. Demonstrated truck driver experience with a safe driving record is essential Responsibilities: Transport products and materials Provide excellence in customer service and professionalism, working with the client to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction Inspect vehicles daily and report all mechanical faults and safety issues Load and unload products onto and off vehicles Maintain cleanliness of vehicles to a high standard Operate in line with road safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedure At Haynes, we keep things simple: We back the talent of our people and land the jobs that best suit their needs.
