Permanent full-time role based out of our Head Office in Sydney Olympic Park Serve as a compliance advocate by monitoring adherence to governance protocols Provide comprehensive administrative support to the PC&G team, including assisting with projects & initiatives Provide timely & accurate responses to staff, management, and external stakeholders Manage procurement for PC&G-related services and supplies, including managing vendors & tracking invoices Maintain accurate employee data in the HR Information System (HRIS) Generate / analyse reports & track key metrics to support decision-making across PC&G functions Lead the coordination of new employee onboarding & orientation programs Proactively research & stay updated on best practices in people management, workplace culture & governance Identify & implement opportunities to improve existing programs, processes & systems About You - Essential
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field. Proven experience in a similar role within a People & Culture team Proficient computer skills with a good working knowledge of MS Office suite (particularly Word & Excel) Excellent administrative skills including time management & organisational abilities Excellent communication, interpersonal & stakeholder management skills High degree of professionalism & judgement with the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality A valid driver's license.
