We are looking for an experienced Retail HR Professional to support the Richemont Team in Oceania, being the first point of contact for all matters regarding Human Resources to Retail Staff in Oceania.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT? HRIS To ensure accurate data is entered into the Human Resources Information System as required.To monitor timely updates of personnel records (personal details, position, salary, appraisal outcomes, leave records, training and awards).To provide managers and department heads with HR reports, such as Annual Leave, FTE, Attrition rates, etc.Compensation and Benefits To ensure accurate and correct information is submitted to payroll prior to the payroll deadline and to coordinate to ensure a smooth and efficient operation (variable compensation, overtime, expatriates compensation, special payments).To gather all necessary data to benchmark salaries and benefits.Employee Relations To foster a conducive working environment through employee relations activities and communication.To conduct exit and grievance interviews with all departments/staff.To manage employee complaints, disputes and grievances and to report them to the HR Manager.To coach, guide and support the brand managers and employees in the organisation to foster positive working relationships.Implement strong partnerships and working relationships with those within your area of responsibility.Recruitment and Selection Work with Talent Acquisition Partner on all local recruitment requests in an effective and efficient manner.Conduct interviews and assessments for all Retail roles.Maintain up-to-date recruitment progress report and all related staffing communication.Support L&D with orientation programs for new employees to the business.Training and Development Identify key skills, specialty skills and propose training needs accordingly.Managing, communicating and delivering important projects that impact other parts of the organization.To lead, own and participate in Group, Regional and Local projects as required.Budget, Financial Reporting To support the annual people costs budget for submission to Maison/Function as required.To perform all necessary people cost budget updates with submission to Maison/Function as required.To ensure that all people costs fall within the dedicated budget for the Maison in country.To partner closely with Local HR Business Partners to ensure relevant data for budgeting and financial reporting is accurate and to ensure alignment with Maison/Function vision.HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
