We are seeking a motivated and people-focused HR Business Partner to join our team and work alongside key leaders at MaxiPARTS and Forch Australia . This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional who is passionate about building relationships, developing capabilities, making a difference and fostering a positive workplace culture within a national business. 
Reporting direct to the GM – People, Safety & Culture and supported by an amazing PSC team, the HR Business Partner will work closely with leadership teams to ensure the right people strategies are in place to drive a positive and productive work environment. You will help nurture and build the capabilities of our teams, ensuring a strong alignment between HR practices and business needs.
How you'll play your part: Partner with leadership teams to provide guidance on people processes, performance management, talent acquisition and drive people development initiatives. Drive employee engagement and foster a culture of inclusion, diversity, and respect. Support managers with performance discussions, employee relations, and retention strategies. Provide HR advice and guidance on employee relations, performance, and development. Lead induction programs, and assist in recruitment/onboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions for new hires. Support the safety management and return-to-work processes for any injured employees. Driveemployee engagement and capability-building programs. Desired Skills and Experience You're a great fit if you have: A tertiary degree level qualification in Human Resources or related discipline is desirable Experience in developing talent and coaching others, ideally in a multi-site business Ability to lead and land projects Previous experience in Employee Relations activity and investigations will be strongly regarded, although not necessary A team-oriented mindset with a commitment to customer service Excellent analytical skills and time management. Strong relationship-building skills with an ability to build rapport at all levels Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and a strong ability to influence outcomes How to Apply - Don't wait!
