Consulting & Generalist HR (Human Resources & Recruitment) One of my favourite clients is seeking a 3–5-year experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join their dynamic team.
The HRBP will report directly to the General Manager and one of the owners, however, will work closely with the senior leadership team to align human resources strategies with business goals, drive organisational effectiveness, and ensure the overall success of our people initiatives.
This role requires a proactive, hands-on, results-oriented individual who can navigate complex business challenges, provide expert HR guidance, and help foster a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities: Strategic Partnership: Partner with senior leadership and department heads to understand business objectives, identify HR needs, and implement strategies that support business growth and organizational effectiveness.Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor for both employees and managers on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, performance issues, and policy interpretation and implementation.Change Management: Support and guide organisational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions by communicating effectively, addressing employee concerns, and providing necessary resources.Learning and Development: Assess training needs and partner with the Directors to design and implement programs that foster employee growth, leadership development, and high performance.Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyse HR data and metrics to identify trends, measure success, and provide actionable insights to leadership to drive continuous improvement in HR processes.Compliance and Policy Management: Ensure all HR practices are compliant with relevant employment laws and company policies.
Stay current on changes to labour laws and ensure the organization is following best practices.Culture and Engagement: Promote a positive work environment and strong organizational culture by supporting employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and team-building activities.
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts within the organization.Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.Experience: Between 3 & 5 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a Business Partner or similar strategic HR role.Strong understanding of HR best practices, labour laws (NSW), and compliance requirements.Proven ability to work in a consultative and advisory capacity with senior leadership and managers.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.Data-driven approach to decision-making, with experience using HRIS and analytics tools.Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Working Conditions: A professional but relaxed environment with 5 days in the office.NSW & Sydney Metro required.Occasional international travel may be required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
