We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced "HR Business Partner" to join a marketing leading business to help ensure that the focus is on operational support and the implementation of HR strategies for this business's growth and success.
You will be responsible for the operational and strategic needs of the business, so you will work closely with the leadership team and the HR Manager to execute day-to-day HR operations, including talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement, while also acting as a primary advocate for employees.

Skills & Duties Execute HR strategies in collaboration with business leaders to drive results and reinforce Group culture.
Have Leadership qualities, including the ability to inspire and engage teams, and foster a culture of feedback and learning.
Previous HR experience in the Sales & Service sector is advantageous.
Develop trusted relationships with the leadership team to understand and support business needs.
Offer organisational design and development advice to support business objectives.
Implement learning experiences and development initiatives in alignment with company policies.
Lead recruitment initiatives and talent management strategies along with monitoring talent acquisition and the development through KPIs.
Proficient in HRIS systems.
Act as the primary administrator for the HRIS system, ensuring data security and operational efficiency.
Manage compensation structures and benefits policies, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with regulations.
Lead employee relations queries, including dispute resolution and policy communication, fostering a positive work environment and manage the internal communications.
Ensure compliance with legal requirements and government regulations, maintaining all necessary HR documentation.
Oversee the development of a robust health, safety, and environmental culture, in collaboration with operational managers.
The Benefits Base salary $115k to $130k + Super, company benefits.
Working Monday to Friday, normal day time working hours, with flexibility around this.
