With offices based in Mascot, this role offers a balanced work set-up for four days onsite and one day from home, with flexibility on which day works best for you.The LeadersYou will report into the Head of People and Culture and have the chance to be a part of modernizing the HR processes of the business alongside other senior leaders in the business.The OpportunityAs the People & Culture Business Partner, you'll be at the heart of shaping business success through a powerful people strategy. In this key role, you'll provide strategic insights and guidance on a broad range of people initiatives, working closely with leaders to elevate the People & Culture function. This is a unique opportunity to bring your expertise and fresh ideas to modernize and enhance P&C processes, making a lasting effect on the organisation.Minimum Requirements:Deep knowledge of Australian and New Zealand employment laws, regulations, and legal requirements.Expertise in best practices across the employee lifecycle: talent acquisition, employment relations, development, performance, engagement, change management, and rewards.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive data-informed decisions.System-savvy and adaptable, with a readiness to explore, recommend, and implement new solutions.Proven ability to influence, lead, and manage stakeholders effectively.About YouTo see success, you will have demonstrated generalist and business partnering experience working to support leaders thrive to drive positive outcomes. Your ability to build strong and credible relationships with stakeholders at all levels is key, along with your ability to influence.You will leverage your experience working to deliver core people programs such as remuneration reviews, performance and talent to add value to the business and drive strategic initiatives.
