Hr Business Partner

Our client is committed to delivering best practice services and fostering a collaborative and dynamic work environment. The business currently has an opportunity for a People & Culture Business Partner to join their team on a 6-month contract with flexible work arrangements.
You will work in the corporate office and report into the People & Culture manager. In this generalist role you will be responsible for advising and coaching leaders and staff on employee relations, industrial relations, and change/organisational development.
Key Accountabilities:Support a wide range of general HR needs throughout the employee life-cycle.Collaborate with managers on performance, organisational change, compliance and industrial relations.Contribute to HR projects and guide the implementation of new legislation and policies.Collaborate with the P&C Manager and Director to implement innovative HR practices across the organisation.Key Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or equivalent.Excellent knowledge of local law and legislation.Strong stakeholder management and relationship building experience.What to do now:
