An HR Business Partner with broad generalist HR experience, focusing on employee relations (ER) and industrial relations (IR). Key responsibilities include policy review and updates, senior recruitment, workforce planning, and working on an analytical remuneration project. You are pragmatic, curious, a team player who can work independently, and capable of getting things done. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will be a senior member of the HR team.
