Join our APAC Business Unit Management team as the HR Business Partner and support a wide range of HR-related initiatives. You'll help shape the People agenda and engage in strategic HR projects focusing on leadership, learning and development, employee engagement, retention, diversity and inclusion, and health and well-being.What do you do as an HR Business Partner?As an HR Business Partner, you will support our Water & Maritime APAC business unit (Australia, Vietnam, Philippines, Indonesia, Singapore and New Zealand) by translating our business strategy into a People Strategy. When it comes to strategic and tactical HR topics, you are the sparring partner for important stakeholders within the business unit.Key Responsibilities:Providing business leaders across several advisory groups and countries, with a wide range of strategic HR expertise and support on areas such as workforce planning, succession planning, engagement, retention, and reward.Work closely with the Senior Leadership and Stakeholders to build and implement new HR/People strategies that are aligned with our business strategy and drive change across the businesses.Lead organizational change initiatives by defining and implementing change management strategies and communications.Manage and facilitate organizational design and development, leadership coaching, and team building that support change and growth.Collaborate with the broader HR team and develop strong relationships with our COE (Center of Excellence) teams and support them to implement their initiatives in the wider APAC region (Talent Acquisition; Total Rewards, Talent Management) to deliver a consistent employee experience.Work closely with our HR country managers within APAC who are focused on the HR operational topics.You will also assist other business units within APAC if there is a need.What do you bring?We are looking for a proactive, forward-thinking leader who actively identifies opportunities for improvement and drives implementation of strategies. With your problem-solving abilities, communication skills and collaborative focus, you are an ideal sparring partner for the business.In addition, you have:A passion for the soft and hard aspects of HR.A minimum of 8 years of experience as an HR Business Partner.A bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.Experience working in a global and matrix environment.A forward-thinking mindset which enables you to anticipate organizational needs and propose effective solutions.Excellent communication skills, with the confidence and credibility to engage in challenging conversations while recognizing and respecting the differences between cultures.Proactive communication skills, actively reaching out to colleagues at all levels, fostering open dialogue, and leading initiatives that enhance collaboration and engagement.Experience with acquisitions, organizational change processes and change management.Experience facilitating workshops in diverse cultural settings for employees on various topics, depending on the needs of the business (ED&I, communication skills etc.)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.This is a full-time position, travel within the APAC region and collaboration across time zones is needed for this role.This is what you get from usWe offer a value-driven, global organization with a strong focus on people's development.
