As our HR Business Advisor, you'll step into a newly created role that underscores Data#3's commitment to its people.
You'll partner with leaders across the business, providing practical guidance on HR processes and best practices, empowering them to achieve their goals while supporting their teams to thrive.

In this role, you will: Be a trusted people advisor, fostering a collaborative culture and cultivating strong working relationships with leaders and teams.
Guide and support leaders and management, offering expertise in HR processes and best practices.
Lead performance management and career development discussions.
Drive new HR initiatives and processes across the organisation Play a central role in resource allocation, workforce planning, working with the talent team.
Contribute to the seamless onboarding of new team members.
You will enjoy working in a close-knit team with: 3-5 years' experience in a people experience/human resources advisor role.
Demonstrated expertise in working with people and teams within a large scale, national environment.
Proven success in building and maintaining diverse relationships.
A track record of developing and implementing initiatives and processes.
A strong ethical foundation with an excellent attention to detail.
