We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic HR Advisor to join our team.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide operational guidance on a wide range of HR topics, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and compliance.Collaborate with managers to design and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that support business objectives.Manage work cover claims and return to work programs.Work closely with leaders to develop and lead the delivery of learning and development programs.Coordinate WH&S committee delivering outcomes for the organisation.Stay current on HR trends, regulations, and best practices to provide informed guidance and recommendations.About YouYou have a sense of humour and a genuine commitment to making a difference.You love a generalist role and have strong HR knowledge and experience.You have the ability to think strategically and drive people experience strategies.Strong business partnering skills with leaders.Strong interpersonal, coaching, mentoring and people leadership skills.You are approachable and have a positive attitude to your work.Tertiary qualifications in HR (highly regarded).Prior experience in a similar role within community services, children's services, health/aged care, or disability (highly regarded).A clear Police Check, Working with Children Check, and NDIS Worker Screening are conditions of employment.
