About the Employer:  Local Council providing a range of services and facilities to our small community including community housing, education facilities, aged care facility, parks, land and sea management, natural resource management, essential services, our parks and roads.
Objectively: To provide leadership, direction, support and HR advise to council, including, employment offers, performance management, retention, succession planning, IR, recruitment, selection and onboarding.
