Are you a dedicated admin professional eager to kick-start your career in Human Resources? We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Administrator to join a dynamic HR team in South Brisbane. This temporary contract role, spanning across a 12-14 week period, is perfect for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in HR whilst showcasing their administrative skills.Key Responsibilities:Contract Management: Raise new contracts and file them accordingly. Note that there is no set filing system in place, so you'll have the opportunity to help establish a more efficient system.Reporting: Create HR reports, analyse data, identify HR trends, and generate insightful reports.Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including updating notice boards, ensuring information is current across databases and HRIS systems, and responding to inquiries.Training Compliance: Follow up on compulsory training for all employees, ensuring that training requirements are met and documented across the organisation.Visa Applications: Assist colleagues with processing visa applications, providing support as required.What We're Looking For:Interest in HR: A genuine desire to pursue a career in Human Resources or strong administrative skills.Attention to Detail: Ability to manage and update records accurately, and ensure compliance with training and visa requirements.Organisational Skills: Capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently, including filing, reporting, and data management.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively respond to inquiries and collaborate with team members.Qualifications:Previous administrative experience is advantageous but not essential.Familiarity with HRIS systems or reporting tools is a plus.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).This role provides a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in HR while working in a supportive and engaging environment.
