The Appointment:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated HR Administrator to join a dynamic team in the mining industry on a part-time basis.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in onboarding, compliance, and HR administration who thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Responsibilities will include:
End-to-end onboarding for new hires, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition into the company.
Manage recruitment efforts to meet staffing needs in a fast-paced, evolving operational environment.
Oversee day-to-day HR admin, including documentation, contracts, employee records, and compliance, while managing HR systems and databases effectively.
Handle a high volume of HR and recruitment-related tasks in a fast-paced setting, prioritizing urgent needs while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements:
Proven experience in HR, particularly in onboarding, compliance, and employee relations, ideally within the mining or industrial sector.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Exceptional communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a part-time role.
