We are seeking two passionate individuals to join our Specialist Homelessness Service (SHS) Team.
In this role, you will provide early intervention and prevention, advocacy, and case management to clients and be available for an on-call roster.
We have two full-time positions available with maximum term contracts until 26 June 2026 and if further funding is made available, additional contracts may be offered.
