Manage housekeeping team operations, recruitment and training, rostering & timesheet approvals.Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel's guest rooms, common areas and facilities.Implement & maintain our 'Veri-Best' housekeeping processes and policies within the team.Manage deep cleaning schedules, repair escalation, housekeeping projects, and budgets to metrics/targets.Conduct audits & checks to ensure compliance within housekeeping.Build strong and authentic relationships with your teammates and our guests.Ensure a clear line of communication between housekeeping and other teams within the hotel.Provide support and assistance to the Hotel Manager and be the housekeeping expert.You'll be someone looking for a long-term career with a growing, Australian-owned hotel group.
