The role requires maintaining a comprehensive understanding of policies, procedures, client schedules, and young person support plans.
This knowledge is essential for the ongoing support and supervision of a team of Therapeutic Care Workers.Key Responsibilities:Provide direction, coordination and support to the Therapeutic Care Residential Work staffActive supervision of all Therapeutic Care Residential WorkersInduction and Orientation of new staffDevelopment of schedule and care plan for resident young person, with Therapeutic Specialist and Hub manager and ensure implementationDevelop, implement, and maintain residential care roster in accordance with SCHADS AwardLead and contribute to a positive team culture through regular team and clinical meetingsEnsure houses are maintained in accordance with the Statutory Standards of CareCompliance with WHS ActABOUT THE ORGANISATIONCASPA Services Ltd is a not-for-profit organisation providing a range of specialised care services to support complex trauma-based needs for children, young people, families, and people living with disabilities.
