Based in Clare and Jamestown Residential Care Home, as our invaluable Hotel Services Site Manager, you will be responsible for leading, managing, and coordinating food services and housekeeping at their residential site, maintaining and managing property and maintenance services to ensure the delivery of service standards and quality in areas.
This role involves actively overseeing hotel services activities from the resident's perspective and requires travel between two locations.
You'll also make an impact by: Contributing to the leadership, management, planned strategic direction and supervision of food services, housekeeping and maintenance staff as well as contractors to deliver responsive resident-focused care.
Working collaboratively with the Residential Services Manager to support the delivery of high-quality outcomes in customer service delivery.
Supporting the effective assessment, planning, delivery, and ongoing evaluation of hotel services.
What you'll bring To succeed in this role, you will have: Tertiary qualifications in a management related field – business, human services or equivalent skills and experience.
Demonstrated experience in leadership and management of people, including recruitment, performance management, change management, induction and training and team building skills.
High level written and oral communication skills including the ability to communicate with a range of people to establish collaborative and effective working relationships and networks, convey complex information clearly, concisely and prepare written reports and business submissions.
Current Driver's License.
Valid NDIS Worker Screening clearance or be willing to obtain one.
