Tatura Hospital provides acute hospital and palliative care services, in addition to pathology collection, podiatry, self-management support, and transition care program. The facility comprises 8 beds.
The GV Health Tatura campus includes Parkvilla Aged Care Facility and Tatura Hospital. Parkvilla is a residential aged care home for 13 residents and two transitional care clients and has the feel of a 'home away from home.'
About the role:
The Hotel Services Assistant reports directly to the Manager/Director of Nursing at Tatura campus and is required to be flexible to work across both the cleaning and kitchen areas of the Hospital and Parkvilla Nursing home.
The position will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the hospital and nursing home kitchen to a level of cleanliness that complies with hospital cleaning procedures and aged care accreditation requirements. Also, the ability to provide quality food service and delivery to clients at Tatura Campus to a standard that complies with both Legislative and Quality Assurance requirements.
