As part of Iron Creek Bay Estate, we pride ourselves on warm hospitality, exceptional service, and creating memorable stays.We are now seeking an experienced, passionate, and hands-on Hotel Manager to lead the team and continue delivering the highest standard of service to our guests.
While prior experience in a similar role is valued, we also welcome applications from junior candidates who are motivated and eager to take the next step in their hospitality career.Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, and guest servicesLead, manage, and support a small, close-knit team with a strong focus on guest experienceMaintain high standards of service and cleanliness throughout the propertyManage bookings, guest feedback, and customer relationsEnsure compliance with WHS, company policies, and safety standardsMonitor hotel performance metrics and work with the Executive team to implement improvementsCoordinate with internal departments such as HR, Finance, and EventsManage stock ordering, maintenance issues, and general property presentationTake a hands-on role in operational duties during peak periodsWhat We're Looking For Previous experience as an Assistant Manager, Front Office Manager/ Supervisor, or similar leadership role in hospitality.Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a boutique or premium accommodation settingStrong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skillsHigh attention to detail and operational efficiencyFamiliarity with PMS and booking systems (e.g., RMS, SiteMinder, or similar)Understanding of budgeting, reporting, and cost controlA calm, approachable and solutions-focused leadership styleFlexibility to work weekends or public holidays as requiredWhat We Offer A supportive and professional working environmentAutonomy and ownership over a beautifully maintained heritage propertyOpportunities to grow within a wider hospitality groupStaff discounts, training, and company benefitsA role where your ideas and leadership will make a real differenceReady to Take the Next Step?If you're a dynamic leader with a passion for premium guest service and operational excellence, we would love to hear from you.#J-18808-Ljbffr
