Griffith McDonald's Restaurants (Maccas) are looking for great people! We are currently looking to recruit an experienced and qualified Hospitality, Retail & Services Manager to join their team in Griffith NSW 2680. This role will suit a highly motivated, operations-focused applicant who has completed LTS as a minimum, has the skills to motivate a team, and can be a professional employee while also having great fun along the way!
Work directly with the licensee and get in control of your own future. Duties and Responsibilities:
Shift Management including trainingSet goals and action plans for the Restaurant within Shift Supervisor / Manager Responsibilities.Ensuring outstanding customer service and operations are a focus each day you work.Implementation and follow-up of Food Safety procedures.Oversee and manage staff, with selected Department responsibilitiesAbility to achieve financial budgets.Maintain WH&S standards and cleanliness within the restaurantEnsure security is strictly adhered to.Skills & Experience:
Ability to demonstrate McDonald's KPI historical results/performanceThe ability to train and develop team membersProven staff management and leadership skillsA hands-on approachImpeccable presentation and clear, concise communicationA focus on policies and proceduresA passion for delivering high standards of customer serviceAttention to detailCertificate III in Hospitality or relevant experienceWhat we offer:
